The objectives of this research are  1 ) to study the atates of management of Phrasanghathikan   2 ) to compare the of management Phrasanghathikan were classified by age , ordination year , position, education degree and periods of position 3) to study the problems and suggestion to solve the problems of management of Phrasanghathikan.

                  Sampling Groups are 171 Phrasanghathikans in Muanfphetcnaburi District, to Choose the sampling groups uses the multi stage because each stage follow the table of Craggy and Morgan by sample random sampling through picking up. For this research uses the questionnaires to collect the data. The data consists of general data of the Phrasanghathikan such as age , position and ordination year , education degrees including General education degree , Dhamma Eduestions  degree and Pali education degrees and period of time to live at the temple . For the open-end questions , allowed Phrasanghathikan who answered the questions are free to answer the questions such as the opinions about Phrasanghathikan’s management in Muanfphetcnaburi district, Phetchaburi province in Religious education, Education welfare,  propagation, Social Domains and Social welfares

                   Research Methodology like Check-list and Reting scale, Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean , standard deviation and to compare the of Phrasanghathikans’ management through One-way Anova.

The Findings of This research

              Phrasanghkathikan who are the ages between 41-50 years old as 31.58 percent and have the Deputy abbot as 45.61 percent, have the ordination year more than 21 years as 32.16 percent, finished the secondary scool as 53.22 percent, Dhamma Degree for Naktham-Ek or highest Dhamma Education level as 76.02 and have Pali level 1 to Pali level 3 as 39.18 percent and percent and of time in position for 5-9 years as 42.69 percent

                   The states of of Phrasanghathikans’ management in Muangphetchabur distric , Phetchaburi Province found that of Phrasanghathikans have the opinions about states and problems of Phrasanghathikans in Muactngphetchaburi Sub-district, Phetchaburi province are good in the general. But when considered by each side found that it is also a good level.

             To compare the states of Phrasanghathikans’ management in Muactngphetchaburi , Phetchaburi province found that for comparing the data in the different opinions of states and problems of Phrasanghathikans management were classified by age, ordination year, position, general education, Dhamma Education, Pali and period of time for the position. L found that position , Dhamma Education, Pali including period of time for the position, Phrasanghathikans have the different opinions as 0.05 of statistical data but for the ordination year and general education sudes of Phrasanghathikan do hot the opinions differently.

              The problems and suggestions to solve the problem of Phrasanghathikans’ management found that some Phrasanghathikans do not have enough morality of management, therefore they must have Phrommawiharadham 4 and should go for visiting the temple and monks under their controls because they can make the good relationship between administrators and subordinates for the better management.
