The objectives of this research entitled “The Roles of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province”, are 1) to study the Roles of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province 2) to compare the Roles of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province through the personal status and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and guidelines of the people toward the Roles of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province.

              To perform this research by survey with 400 samples of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province. The tools to collect the data for in this research were the questionnaires. It was classified into 3 parts. The first part was the general data of the people or interviewees. The second part was the questionnaires about Roles of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province. The third part was the questionnaires about problems, obstacles, and suggestions about Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province. The rating scale and open-structured questionnaire with reliability value equal to 0.9539 was used for data collection. The data analysis by frequencies, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, one way analysis of variance and compare the least significant difference: LSD.

The results of this research found that :

              (1) The Roles of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province for 6 sides in the general was the middle level (in an average was 3.36). For the roles of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province about Administration was a good level but an Education, Educational Welfare, Buddhism Propagation, Public Helps and Social Welfare were the middle levels.

    (2) The Roles of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province in the different personal status such as position, experiences that the relevant hypothesis set forth could be accepted. But, those of the ones with different age and years, general education, and Dhamma education and Pali education, as a whole, were not of statistically significant difference so the relevant hypothesis set forth could be rejected.

             (3) The major problems of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province are not to decentralizes , lack of educated monks and inefficiency of the monks for Buddhism propagation and do not have any organization to take responsibility.

              Therefore, Roles of Sangha Administrator for Sangha Administration in Ratchaburi Province should have enough efficient monks and try improving the efficiency of working and decentralizing from Shangha provincial governor to all units in organization.  Sangha Administrator should have the net work to higher efficiency in the Sangha organization and should have enough educated monks and good disciplines. Sangha Administrator should work hard for the security of Buddhism.
