The results show that :  1. Principles of good governance are a form of management and administration of justice. The principle is to live together in a peaceful country and society. To coordinate benefits and resolving conflict by peaceful means and to the sustainable development of society voice. This governance is the need to integrate the elements of a regime that is fair, upheld the validity of the peace, free from regulatory misconduct, discipline and professional ethics; can monitor performance in all stages with an opportunity to recognize the equality and inequality, accountability and improvement and maximize use of resources are important. This is a form of peaceful coexistence in society. Similar form of governance is righteousness that the Buddha of the Buddhist society, for example, a society to live together peacefully, mutually beneficial cooperation, formalized in the well-being, the activities in this state by the clergy.

                   2. Guidelines for implementing the principles of good governance for the ruling Sagha. The concept of the Governance Committee and the principle of Buddhism is the Governance Committee has a moral component. And the principle of Buddhism is the merit system is adopted. When analyzing the overall approach is found in the Governance Committee of the ruling applied to all elements of the clergy, although the principles of good governance will be the master of the West. But with that Buddhism is a religion that can evolve as a form of government the country has. It is based on the accuracy of his discipline. The Buddha understood the need to modify the method and form of government, to ensure compliance with environmental and social changes over time. He allowed to be modified to conform to the rules of the country. If the sub-routine, but this must not be contrary to the gospel of discipline, for example, may be the form of a hearing or form of clothing to suit the culture, to avoid an awkward thing for society, such as time to preach sermons and so on.

                   3. Phradhampariyattivetee (Sutep Phussadhammo) was able to administrate the Governance Committee, Comprising six factors, with the Sagha administration.

3.1 The rule of law, the constitution had taken his discipline in administration, epiphytic act regulations, and a provision that benefits his discipline. The guidelines in the establishment ministry and regulations enacted to enforce internal discipline is not contrary to the gospel is most relevant, group to maintain a practice that is in the same manner under the same rules. No one is above the law. And if it violates the rule by law, shall be punished. Omitted, but the action takes place before the law as a rule to perform together.

3.2 The integrity rule by the clergy in the county fair. The fair is the most accurate. According to the Buddhist principle called Dhammādhipateyya (rule of righteousness) basic properties of the mind of the righteous ruler of the mind. Then the Dharma came to an example for subordinates, a campaign to have the integrity to spread widely.

3.3 The transparency of the rule by the clergy openly, frankly, by virtue of meeting the resolution ecclesiastical administrative officer of the Sangha Supreme Council, and additional meetings of the county within the clergy. To create a forum for sharing information that is useful for parents looking to keep up with complete clarity. It is an opportunity to practice and policy ideas and strengthens the unity.

3.4 The principle involved was ruled by Buddhist monks who have the opportunity for knowledge work and qualified, took part in a government ministry appointed by the administrators of the ecclesiastical official levels, opportunity to participate in the management of ad hoc in the form of teamwork. Everyone in the team is free to share ideas. The practice, follow the steps to the summary evaluation. The decision to fix the problems that occurred during the operation.

3.5 The ministry with primary responsibility for the administration responsible for the realization of the conflict in the region. The enthusiasm in the suspension Adhikaraa (disciplinary case of dispute) the end conflict between the clergy and people mostly. The fault diagnosis, and punishes the monks who violated discipline or conduct should not behave with fairness and honesty Samaasāruppa (a monk’s proper behavior) attention not neglect the issue. Based on a preliminary disciplinary measures, and if the offense is punishable by criminal justice on earth would he be assigned to the office of the department to continue.

3.6 The main value has been governed by the clergy and people to fit the job. Assignments based on knowledge and experience of personnel based on awareness of the importance of human resources. Resource management is a very valuable bet. Towards the completion of the work to be worth the time lost. The selection of personnel for the task to summarize the principles of good governance can be applied to every element of the monastic rule.
