The main objectives of this research entitled “The Administration of Wat Khaochonpran Ratchaburi Province” are 1) to study the Administration of Wat Khaochonpran Ratchaburi Province 2) to compare the Administration of Wat Khaochonpran Management in Ratchaburi Province in the general opinions of the people and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and guidelines of the people toward the Administration of Wat Khaochonpran Management in Ratchaburi Province through the survey research.

               To perform this research by survey with 400 samples of the Community Leaders, Government Officers, Students and Peoples at Watkhawchongpran by Cluster sampling. The tools to collect the data for in this research were the questionnaires into 5 levels. It was classified into 2 parts. The first part was the data of the open questionnaires and the second part was the closed questionnaires about the opinions of the people toward to Administration of Wat Khaochonpran Management in RatchaburiProvince. The rating scale and open-structured questionnaire with reliability value equal to 0.936 was used for data collection. The data analysis by frequencies, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, one way analysis of variance and compare the least significant difference: LSD.

The results of this research found that:

               (1)  The people have the opinions towards the Administration of Wat Khaochonpran Management in RatchaburiProvince was a good level in an average was 3.87. When I considered for Administration, Religious Education, social welfare, public helps and an educational welfare were also good levels.

               (2) To compare the opinions of the people to the Administration of Wat Khaochonpran Management in Ratchaburi Province, separate follow personal status, meet that people who have the gender age education level occupation and the experience in going to temple to practice Buddhist teaching differently think not differently, then deny location hypothesis keeps.

               (3) The results of problems, obstacles and suggestions of the Administration of Wat Khaochonpran Management in Ratchaburi Province are lacking of efficient human resources or teamwork for 6 sides of administration because the large areas of temple but has only one abbot. Therefore, suggestions are to increase the quality staff in the temple. The abbot also should decentralize the authority to other monks for better administration at Wat Khaochonpran Management in RatchaburiProvince.
