The main objectives of this research were i) A study of application buddha-dhamma and administration of the abbot who is complete certificate program shangha administration of phetchabun province ii) to study the problems and suggestion srelating to the Sangha roles in community development in phetchabun province. The survey research was carried out in this study. the abbots who is complete certificate program shangha administration of 118 monks in phetchabun province , being drawn by purposive sampling technique. The tool for data collection in this research was questionnaire comprising per sonal characteristics, to study the problems and suggestion srelating to the Sangha roles in community development. The programme for social science research was employed for data analysis. The statistics used for it are frequencies, percentage, average means and standard deviation. The data analysis was also done through t-test for testing the hypotheses in order to test the average difference between the two groups and
t-test by one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Least Significant Difference : (SD) were used for testing the difference between the averages from three or more groups.
The findings of Research were concluded as follows:
Majority of respondents completed the highest level of Dhamma Studies, 1-2and 3 levels of Pali Studies with Bachelor degree in respect of general education. Mostof them were abbots with more than 20 years of monkhood and stayed in their temples more than 20 years.
