The thesis on A Study of Buddhist Doctrines Appearing In Nangsibsong Literature  consists of three main objectives: 1) to study Nangsibsong Literature      2) to Study the Buddhist Doctrines appearing in Nangsibsong Literature and             3) to analytically study the principles of Buddhadhamma in Nangsibsong Literature towards Isan Society. For this research, the researcher has studied the data from related research documents which were got from studying and interviewing the target population. The data has been studied and searched from the works of scholars who are universally acknowledged in educational circles and then brought to the analysis and conclusion.

The result of research was found that:

1)  Literature means all written works which are the creative literary works of human beings. A language is used as a tool and medium to make the readers understand the substance  and exquisite arts of the literature; moreover, It shows the ability in creativeness of the author.The literature; therefore, is the writer’s creative work. The language used for it must be elegant with the arts which are created  with fine and delicate trick. The feature of literary work is about the society and its relationship, that is, the author interposed ideas, belief and popularity including social condition and existing environment. 

2)  The result of analyzing the story’s structure was found that  the problem and conflict of  plot  are put in order, starting with the situation that mentioned to the poverty of a family till they could not bring up  their children. The problem appeared when the rich man had seen his wife crying for her daughters: “Nangsibsongs” who were difficultly living their lives in the forest. The problem started to expand when Nangsibsongs had known the truth and sought .Then this literatures had been ended off because  of Nangsibsongs had been become Phrayasitt’s hight wife. But Rotthasen and Nangmeri wholesome mind with  pure love and then they had been ended with pure love.

3)  The important Theravada Buddhadhamma appearing in Nangsibsong

Literature  are: suffering, wisdom, destiny, compassion and loving- kindness.  The suffering means stress, misery, physical and mental woe.  The wisdom means  knowledge, insight, discernment of reason, sin, virtue, advantage, disadvantage, usefulness and uselessness. The destiny  implies the consequence of previous actions or deeds both good and bad. Wholesome deeds causes happiness and prosperity, while unwholesome actions causes misery and ruin. There are three ways of making merit; Loving-kindness means the state of wholesome mind with pure love, mercy and friendliness. It consists of two kinds; wholesome and unwholesome loving-kindness. The compassion stands for the state of mind with pity and sympathy. There are two kinds of compassion; wholesome and unwholesome compassion.The  nature of compassion is the state of being sympathetic for those who  are in misery and wishing  to help them be free from suffering.
