The objectives of this research were as follows; 1) to study the people’s opinion towards service providing to Sangcahavattu 4 of Thai traditional medical center, Wat Thakhean, Tambol Khuanlang, Had-Yai  district, Songkhla province.  2) to compare the people’s opinion towards service providing to Sangcahavattu 4 of Thai traditional medical center, Wat Thakhean, Tambol Khuanlang, Had-Yai district, Songkhla province in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education, occupations and monthly incomes as differently. 3) to study the suggestions were concerned with the way to promote on service providing to Sangcahavattu 4 of Thai  traditional medical center, Wat Thakhean, Tambol Khuanlang, Had-Yai  district, Songkhla province. This research is quantitative research, the samples for this research were composed of people who come as recipients at Thai  traditional medical center, Wat Thakhean, Tambol Khuanlang, Had-Yai district, Songkhla province, there are about 297 persons, the instrument for data collection was questionnaire which has designed by the researcher at the reliability at .937, data analysis by package computer program (social science). The statistics were applied as follows; frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Z-test, One - Way ANOVA (F- test) and to test the difference of arithmetic mean in each pair by LSD method (Least Significant Difference).

          The findings were as follows:-

          The people’s opinion towards service providing to Sangcahavattu 4 of Thai traditional medical center, Wat Thakhean, Tambol Khuanlang, Had-Yai  district, Songkhla province by overview was at more level, when considered in each aspect found that the aspect of Atthajariyã (kindly speech) was the highest mean and followed up the aspect of Piyavãjã (speak politely), the aspect of Dana (charity) and the aspect of Samãnattatã (even and equal treatment) was the lowest mean.

          The comparative results on people’s opinion towards service providing to Sangcahavattu 4 of Thai traditional medical center, Wat Thakhean, Tambol Khuanlang, Had-Yai  district, Songkhla province found that in terms of sexes and occupations, there were different as statistical significance at .001, but in terms of ages, degrees of education, and monthly incomes found that there were not different as statistical significance at .05.

The suggestions on the way to promote towards service providing to Sangcahavattu 4 of Thai traditional medical center, Wat Thakhean, Tambol Khuanlang, Had-Yai  district, Songkhla province found that lots of them had recommended that there should conduct their duties as best, there should have more human relations to others, there should service other people who come as recipients in equality, justice, there should conduct their duties without any interests, there should conduct as even and equal treatment for servicing to recipient and colleague.
