The objectives of this research were 1) to study the temple management as sample developed temple in Ayutthaya province ., 2) to study the generality about the temple management as sample developed temple in Ayutthaya province. and 3) to propose the temple management model as sample developed temple in Ayutthaya province. The researcher used the mixed research method comprising both qualitative and quantitative approach. For the quantitative research , the study was conducted by collecting the data 352 persons . The data used statistics such as Frequency, Percentage , Mean and Standard Deviation : S.D.. For qualitative research , the study was conducted by in-depth interviewing from 20 key informants. By then the researcher used the information receiving from the 9 focus group to back up the research model. The data were analyzed by using content analysis.
The research findings were as follows:
1) Temple management model developed in Ayutthaya province were: 1) the development artifacts such as churches and places of worship Kuti beautifully simple, economical line arts, culture and local traditions of the measure to improve the environment is clean. Mapped the temple to exploit fully the center of activity in the community, 2) the development of artifacts is the property of the temple and the temple. There is a control Very well maintained and theoretically. Property of the temple and the temple was conducted in accordance with legal regulations. The Supreme Sangha Council And regulations of the government scheme Both were carried out in a way like it should. Registration accounting accounts of the document to be paid by the government. And those written legal liabilities measured perform according to the terms in good faith.
2) The generality about the temple management as sample developed temple in Ayutthaya province were composed 1) To set temple areas by set the checklist but no budget for manage in this issue and the temple area were not clean , in the addition , the ancient remains and antiques looked shabby 2) Sangha administration lacked of follow up 3) Sangha education were not enough for the monks who were instructor especially Dhamma study. 4) The activities for support the merit lacks of communication and facilities such as car park were not enough for the visitors.
3) The temple management model as sample developed temple in Ayutthaya province were composed 1) To set temple areas by arrangement the diagram for temple environment and public utility within temple. In the addition , planning to renovate , maintenance , set the garden , guide post and set short term of 1 , 3 and 5 years planning. 2) Sangha administration as follow : set accounting system , set the temple regulations , training for the monks and novices and to spread the responsibility to all of them. 3) Sangha education as follow : to set all year propagation to the people and to proactive propagation to youth , to set project to enter the novices in the summer and to set the merit camp 4) The activities for support the merit as follow : to promoted the education about Prapaiyatthidham , to trained the monks who would like to test in Bali , to set plan for instructors , to set the education fund for the instructors and to set the learning area within the temple. |
