The objectives of this study were (1) tostudy personnel’s opinionsof theleadership of the Sub-District Administrative Organization Executive in Bokluea District, Nan province According to the Four Brahmavihara, (2) to compare the personnel’s opinions of theleadership of the Sub-District Administrative Organization Executive in Bokluea District, Nan province According to the Four Brahmavihara, classified by the personal factors and (3) to study the problems, obstacle and suggestionof personnel’s opinions of theleadership of the Sub-District Administrative Organization Executive in Bokluea District, Nan province According to the Four Brahmavihara. The research used mixed research methodboth of quantitative research and qualitative research. The sample consisted ofthe 103 personswho livein area of Bokluea District, Nan province.The tools used in collecting data was composed of the questionnaires.The data collecting were usedstatistics such as frequency, percentage , Standard Deviation, t-test , f-test , One Way ANOVA , Least Significant Difference: LSD. The qualitative research method was used the in-depth interview with the key informants and collaborating context by the content analysis technique.
The research findings were as follows:
1.The personnel’s opinions of theleadership of the Sub-District Administrative Organization Executive in Bokluea District, Nan province According to the Four Brahmavihara. The overallwere at high level ( =3.61)when considered each side it was found that all sides wereon high level.With an average in descending order as follows: loving-kindness ( =3.62),Compassion ( =3.62),Empathetic joy ( =3.60) and Equanimity ( =3.60).
2.To comparedthe personnel’s opinions of theleadership of the Sub-District Administrative Organization Executive in Bokluea District, Nan province According to the Four Brahmavihara classifiedby personnel factorssuch as gender, age, education, position, income and work experience found that the personnel that differenteducation , income, gender, age, position, and work experiencehad not different whereas different education , income had the opinion towardLeadership of the Sub-District Administrative Organization Executive in Bokluea District, Nan province according to the Four Brahmaviharathat statistical difference was at 0.05 .
3.The suggestion about the personnel’s opinions of theleadership of the Sub-District Administrative Organization Executive in Bokluea District, Nan province According to the Four Brahmavihara found that the Executive should be had the compassion and kindnessto subordinateswith attention to the personnel in the organization as a member of the family for the happy in workplace that made best performance , the fairness of performance appraisal to all staff and the setting annual human resource development for improve staff capability to serve people in community.
