The objectives of this research were : (1) To study using of the rule of law in the administration related with performance on the principles of Dasabidharajadhamma of Non Thong sub-district administrative organization, Waeng Yhai District Khonkaen Province, (2) To study the principles of Dasabidharajadhamma of Non Thong sub-district administrative organization, Waeng Yhai District Khonkaen Province, (3) To study the relation between using of the rule of law in the administration and performance on the principles of Dasabidharajadhamma of Non Thong sub -district administrative organization, Waeng Yhai District Khonkaen Province. People that this research refers are people who perform their duty under the District Management Organization of Non Thong, Waeng Yhai, Khon Kaen such as members of District Management Organization, government officers, government employees, employees, temporary employees, volunteer workers in civil defense, and rescue workers, in total 149 people. The researcher had studied all the samplers in order to collect data. The tool that is used in this research is questionnaire. The researcher distributed the questionnaire to all samplers by explaining the purpose of giving out questionnaire, how to answer it, and limited the time duration of distributing the questionnaire. The samplers had 10 days to answer the questionnaire then the researcher collected them back. The researcher had examined the integrity of all questionnaires. The result is the questionnaires that are able to apply in this research are 135 questionnaires, 90.6%. The researcher analyzed and evaluated all information by using instant statistics computer program to calculate information such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
A result of this study was found in the following aspects :
1. The using of the rule of law in the administration related with performance on the principles of Dasabidharajadhamma of Non Thong sub-district administrative organization, Waeng Yhai District Khonkaen Province, was in the high level (Mean = 3.76), and each of them is also in very good level.
2. The principles of Dasabidharajadhamma of Non Thong sub-district administrative organization, Waeng Yhai District Khonkaen Province, was in the high level (Mean = 3.76), and each of them is also in very good level. The performance of equity has the highest mean (mean =3.95). The second-highest is the performance of generosity (mean = 3.85). The one that has the lowest in mean is the performance of no anger (mean = 3.57).
3. The using of the rule of law in the administration related with performance on the principles of Dasabidharajadhamma of Non Thong sub-district administrative organization, Waeng Yhai District Khonkaen Province, was in the very high positive correlation coefficient (r = 0.82).
