The objectives of this research were (1) to study a degree of the officers’ efficient performance according to Fourfold Iddhipãda at the Office of the Attorney General, the Office of Juvenile and Family Litigation in the northeast regions, (2) to compare the efficient performance of officers according to Fourfold Iddhipãda at the Office of the Attorney General, the Office of Juvenile and Family Litigation in the northeast regions, and (3) to study ways of promoting the efficient performance of officers according to Fourfold Iddhipãda at the Office of Attorney General, the Office of Juvenile and Family Litigation in the northeast regions.
The sample in this research was 103 prosecutors and officials at the Office of Juvenile and Family Litigation in the northeast regions including 5 interviewed administrators. The research instrument was the questionnaire and the interview schedule. The data analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test of independent sample, f-test of One-Way ANOVA.
A result of this research study was found in the following aspects.
1. The officers’ efficient performance according to Fourfold Iddhipãda at the Office of the Attorney General, the Office of Juvenile and Family Litigation in the northeast regions as a whole and each aspect was in the highest level. Here was the aspects orderly organized from the highest degree to the low degree: aspiration (Chanda), effort (viriya), thoughtfulness (citta) and reasoning (vimangsa).
2. The officers at the Office of the Attorney General, the Office of Juvenile and Family litigation in the northeast regions, who were in the different sex, age, and position, were not different. However, the officers at the Office of the Attorney General who were in the different degree of education had the efficient performance according to Fourfold Iddhipãda in the significantly statistical difference at the level of .05.
3. Ways of the applied Fourfold Iddhipãda practiced by the officers at the Office of the Attorney General, the Office of Juvenile and Family Litigation in the northeast regions were in the following aspects. All officers of the Office of the Attorney General had to be responsible for the given duties, eager to understand work and, collect the experience of working, pay attention to work, be responsible for the given work until reaching the goal, get the effort and endurance without running away from the boringness and suffering until being successful and prosperous in work, pay attention for efficiency through all made activities, work reasonably both in the given work and the other works whether they were made as in a plan and a goal, search a way to get successful in work although there were many problems, try to manage the given work by means of the assessment and resolve all problems, and finally, adjust a way of performance for the success in work.
