The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the administration according to the good governance of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province, 2) to compare the administration according to the good governance of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the administration according to the good governance of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province. The population of the research was the members of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province. The sample was 235 members of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province. The tool of the research was questionnaire and in-Depth interview. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics for analysis data used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F-test with Least Significant Difference: LSD.
Results of the Research
1) Overall, the level of the administration according to the good governance of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province was at the high level ( = 3.70). When considering each aspect, it was found that the level of the administration according to the good governance of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province was at the high level in all aspects.
2) The comparison of the people's opinion toward the administration according to the good governance of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province was found that the people having the different age and degree of education had the different opinion toward the administration according to the good governance of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province at 0.05 of 0.05 of statistical significance. Therefore, the hypothesis was accepted. However, the people having the different sex, occupation, and income had no the different opinion toward the administration according to the good governance of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province.
3) The suggestions for the administration according to the good governance of the community enterprises in Banrai District, Uthaithani Province were:
For the rule of law, the administration should give the opportunity to the members for the opinion in the regulations. For the ethics, the administration should consider the members of the community enterprises. For the transparency, the administrators and the committee should give the opportunity to the members for the monitoring and checking of the work process in all steps. For the participation, the administration of the form development should give the opportunity to the members for the participation in the evaluation of the working in all steps. For the accountability, the administration should consider the accountability to the members of the community enterprises for the public benefit. Moreover, for he value for money, the administration should use the resources worthily for the public benefit.
