The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the concept of an Implementation of Policy to promote, restored and developed tourist sites of Samchuk Sub-district Municipality, Suphanburi Province. 2) to promote and implementation on the rehabilitation and developed the tourist attraction of Samchuk Sub-district Municipality, Suphanburi Province.3) to study the internal performance of policy on promoted, restored and developed tourist sites of Samchuk Sub-district Municipality, Suphanburi Province. This qualitative research identified by the documents, in-depth interview together with the structured interview. The data analysis performed by interviewed the mayor and municipal officials of Samchuk, analyzed the key informants and collaborate the context by the content analysis technique according to the observation of the researcher.
The research findings were as follows:
1)To solve the problems of the decadence of the tourist attractions which some areas got the crisis and preventing tourists’ attractions getting worse. The measurement of promoting, restoring and developing tourist sites to solve and prevent such problems based on the local to play a role in promoting, restoring and developing as the owner of the resource conservation of the tourist sites
2)To implement the policy to promote restored and developed tourist sites of Samchuk Sub-district Municipality, Suphanburi Province focused on the plan to arrange a meeting in three divisions, such as: local government, the private sector, and population in the community offered the tourism development project in the community. Regarding to the priority and the three-year development plan for implementing the policy into practice of the municipal tourism, the community had to coordinate with Samchuk development committee to work with the ecotourism principle development in order to conserve the local cultural heritage, including increasing the income to the community.
3)To effective the policy to promote restored and developed tourist sites of Samchuk Sub-district Municipality, Suphanburi Province, the project was supposed to prepare in various aspects such as:1)to facilitate the command sequence, the organizational structure must clear and uncomplicate. 2) to get the regular duties, the human resource should set up training personnel. 3) to support the budget, the private sector and the local people should support the budget to the municipalities. 4) to attract the community the municipality should develop and create a network to the tourists the community together. 5) to make an impression, viral marketing, and return to the attractions in the community once again, the municipality should support the development of infrastructure to tourists equipment and facilities.Therefore, the solutions of the deterioration were based on the public sector performance, the internal organization suchas:organizationstructure,personnel,budget,places,materials, equipment and facilities played an important role to support the visitors in tourism development.
