The objectives of this study are aiming to focus on The Satisfaction of People towards the Sangahavatthu-based Service of Nongphailom Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nongsonghong District, Khonkaen Province which can be divided into 5 categories as followings: 1. studying individual’s factor of the person who completed the questionnaire 2. studying the level of people’s satisfaction towards the Sangahavatthu-based Service of Nongphailom Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nongsonghong District, Khonkaen Province. 3. studying and comparing the level of people’s satisfactions to the Sangahavatthu-based Service which divided by individual’s factor at Nongphailom Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nongsonghong District, Khonkaen Province 4. studying the service improving methods in relation to the Sangahavatthu-based service of the Sangahavatthu-based Service of Nongphailom Sub-district Administrative Organization. The research is used by mixed method which is carried out by the quantitative research, conducted by survey research and also used qualitative research method and chose in-depth Interview with the key informants in the Nongphailom Sub-district Administrative Organization. The Sample population for this study is 351 service users at Nongphailom Sub-district Administrative Organization. The researcher determined the size of sample group which refers to Krejcie and Morgan method. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire and interview to analyze and present values frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviation. The data analysis was done by T-test, One Way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference: LSD.
The study results revealed that
1. Majority of the participants is females that is 187 or 50.1%, the ages between 36-50 year-old is 138 persons or 37%, the secondary school graduated level or equal is 138 persons or 37% and the participants who work as temporary workers is 101 persons or 27.1%.
2. The people’s satisfaction towards The Sangahavattu-based service showed the average as a whole was in high level ( =4.06). When considering each item of analysis, it said that people’s satisfaction towards the service relating to the Sangahavatthu-based service is all analyzed as high levels irrespective of assistance, equal treatment, convincing speech and giving.
3. When considering the different education of the sample population can be seen that the Sangahavatthu-based Service of Nongphailom Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nongsonghong District, Khonkaen Province showed different levels of satisfaction with the statistical significance at 0.5 level which according to the hypothesis. But the people with different genders, ages and careers are not different.
4. There were recommendation for the service improvement of Nongphailom Sub-district Administrative Organization, Nongsonghong District, Khonkaen Province as follows: The administrators and the officers should be more active and motivated regarding with service by applying the Sangahavatthu. Rising and Supporting Dhamic principle in the administrative organization, the administrators are in particular the do as an example. Motivating the officers participate and concentrate on helping people with willingness. Keeping improving their service more effective and the training involving ethics needs to be conducted for service flexibility including emphasizing the service methods which can lead to the service users’ satisfaction and the officers in return with impressiveness provision whilst they are serving people.
