The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the effectiveness of administration of sub-district administrative organization Cha-uat district Nakhonsithammarat province 2) to compare the effectiveness of administration of sub-district administrative organization Cha-uat district Nakhonsithammarat province by personnel factors (3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions the effectiveness of administration of sub-district administrative organization Cha-uat district Nakhonsithammarat province. The research were mixed research method both of quantitative and qualitative research.The samplings were 186 from 368 persons who had over 18 years old by Krejcie and Morgan table and used questionairs both of open-ended and close-ends. The data analysis performed as following statistics: frequency, percentage, mean and Standard Deviation (S.D.) for describing and testing hypotheses by t-test , f-test One-Way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference: LSD and qualitative research used in-depth interview with key informants by content analysis technique.
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. The effectiveness of administration of sub-district administrative organization Cha-uat district Nakhonsithammarat province were overall at a high level ( = 3.81). Having considered by each aspect were overall at a high level as follows materials management ( =3.91) general management ( =3.84) personel management ( =3.75) budget management ( =3.73).
2. The Comparison of the effectiveness of administration of sub-district administrative organization Cha-uat district Nakhonsithammarat province, classified by personal factors who had sex, age , education level , income found that different sex, age , education level , income had no different opinion to the effectiveness of administration of sub-district administrative organization Cha-uat district Nakhonsithammarat province.
3. The problems obstacles and suggestions for the effectiveness in administration of Sub-district Administrations in Cha-Uat district, NakhonsiThammarat province found that 1) the personel management such as job position was not discrepant present work because using the contribution system and lack of personel the budget management 2) the budget was not enough because more tasks and limited for using the budget 3) the general management that no good co-orperation resulting not smooth in working delayed and duplication the materials management 4) the materials were insufficient outdated and poor saving. The suggestions to Sub-district Administrations in Cha-Uat district, Nakhonsithammarat province should be selected person for appropriate work by using moral system, develop the person for increasing the potential. The government should be given more budget for fast service. The local organization should be supplied the modern materials for easy and fast service to people.
