The objectives of this research were:1) to study the potential for human resource management of Sangha administrators in Phasicharoen district Bangkok, 2) to compare perceptions of Buddhists about the potential for human resource management of Sangha administrators in Phasicharoen district Bangkok by personal factors, and 3) to study the problems and suggestions of the potential for human resource management of Sangha administrators in Phasicharoen district Bangkok. The research used sampling with questionnaires that had validity from 5 used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test and one way analysis of variance.
The research finding were as follows :
1) The overall of the potential for human resource management of Sangha administrators in Phasicharoen district Bangkok were high level. To consider each in high level.
2) The comparison of the potential for human resource management of Sangha administratiors in Phasicharoen district Bangkok by personal factors found that Buddhist who had different age, education, career and income had different opinions which significant was at .05.
3) The Suggestions of the potential for human resource management of Sangha administrators in Phasicharoen district Bangkok should be had vision that be training for monks who were responsibility about education, propagation for applier Buddhism to practice in daily lives and used in human resource management. Sangha administrators should be followed Buddhism ways to management in organization. E.g.
4 Holy abiding, Trisikkha, 4 Iddhipada and should be evaluated by community.
