The preparation of students' readiness of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (Central Campus) toward the participation in ASEAN Community in C.E. 2015 had objective to study the level of preparedness of students’ readiness to join the ASEAN.Community.in C.E. 2015, to.compare.about.the.students’.readiness preparation to join the ASEAN Community in C.E. 2015. and to study the problems and recommendations about the students’ readiness preparation to join the ASEAN Community in C.E. 2015. The sample group used in the research were 313 students of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (Central Campus) whereby the questionnaires were used to collect data. The data analysis was to determine the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the statistical analysis by ANOVA (One-Way Analysis of Variance : F-test) and Scheffe's method of different pair test were also conducted.
THE RESEARCH RESULT WAS FOUND
1. The respondents had prepared their readiness to attend the ASEAN Community in C.E. 2015, by overall scenario, in the moderate level. When each aspect had been considered, it was found that the respondents had prepared themselves to join ASEAN Community in moderate level in all areas, including the knowledge, procedure skill and attitude respectively.
2. The result of opinions comparison to the students’ preparedness in each faculty to join the ASEAN Community in C.E. 2015, in overall scenario, was found that they were different with statistically significant 0.05 level that was satisfied with the set hypothesis. When each aspect was considered, it was found they were different with statistically significant 0.05 level on the knowledge, procedure skill and attitude aspects that satisfied with the set hypothesis.
3. Problems on the readiness preparation of students of Mahachulalong
kornrajavidyalaya University (Central Campus) toward the participation in ASEAN Community in C.E. 2015 :
3.1 On the khowledge aspects, it was found that the students still lack of information about the ASEAN Community.
3.2 On the procedure skill aspect, it was found that the students still lack to use information technology in communication and its application to the study. Lack of communication skills in the language.
3.3 On the attitude aspects, it was found that the student lack of awareness of the ASEAN Community. This is because the information pertaining to the ASEAN Community participation for the students is not sufficient, especially Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University’s students. It still lacks of publicization information for students to learn and acknowledge.
4. Recommendation on readiness preparation of students of Mahachula
longkornrajavidyalaya University (Central Campus) toward the participation in ASEAN Community in C.E. 2015 :
4.1 On the knowledge aspects, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University should prepare documents and pamphlets to provide information about the ASEAN Community participation seriously.
4.2 On the procedure skill aspect, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University should prepare pamphlets and documents to provide information to students in entering the ASEAN Community by open opportunity allowing students to attend some training about ASEAN Community. To achieve Leadership
4.3 On the attitude aspect, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University should prepare documents providing information about the ASEAN Community participation, Particular attitude to create awareness on ASEAN to students.
