The purposes of this research were to study and compare the administration skill of the administrators in basic educational school, under the office of Khon kaen primary educational service area 2. The samples were 139 administrators and 316 teachers. Research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire with reliability at 0.98. Collected data were analyzed by percentages, mean, standard deviations, t-test (Independent Samples) and F – test (One – way ANOVA).
The findings were :
1. The administrator skill of the administrators in basic educational school rated at the high level on the parts and the wholes. The highest order was the human skill. The second order was the technical skill and the lowest order was the conceptual skill.
2. The comparison of the administrators skill of the administrators in basic educational school between the administrators and the teachers were significantly different at 0.01 level on the parts and the wholes by the opinion of administrators were higher than teachers.
