This research title is Administration of Learning Center the Thai Yai Youth (Watmai) Sathupradit Yannawa District Bangkok, and have principal objectives namely, 1) to study of Administration of Learning Center the Thai Yai Youth (Watmai) Sathupradit Yannawa District Bangkok, 2) to study some obstructers and suggestions Administration of Learning Center the Thai Yai Youth (Watmai) Sathupradit Yannawa District Bangkok, the grouping of research study consist of the Thai Yai Youth total 132 persons. The metrological for research and hypothesis are frequency percentage mean and standard deviation (S.D.) T-test and test (one-way ANOVA.)
The result of research has found that
1. Youth agree with Administration of Learning Center the Thai Yai Youth (Watmai) Sathupradit Yannawa District Bangkok, as almost in the high level, and when consider each part in average as high level too, that is convey to the part of traditional Buddhist and dialect, in the part of administration of learning center learning management learning activities, and in the case of lower agreement from students are cooperated with other organization. The result has found that, the Abbot, committee, administrator and teacher have some advise of Learning Center the Thai Yai Youth (Watmai) Sathupradit Yannawa District Bangkok, when consider in each part found that, administrator advise to plan more place for education and set complete system. In learning activities should support students enable themselves in Tai, Thai and English language. In Buddhist traditional and local should support Tai bird dance Ramto Ramlike defense Kabanklong and merits from culture good thing. In part administration teacher should advise students and reform class room systematic. In part of organize cooperation should have meeting brainstorming developing and so on.
2. For some problem obstructers and suggestions to administration of learning center the Thai Yai Youth (Watmai) Sathupradit Yannawa District Bangkok is namely, have not curriculums, books, and some stationeries, budget have not enough, have not enough salary, lake of T.A. teachers, location have not sufficient for activities, process less for cleaning, new youth has not interest in cultural, difficult for their harmony because different for leaving, and all most of youth come from different work, education and least time for their studying and finally difficult for cooperate with other organizers.
The result from interview has found that, administration of learning center the Thai Yai Youth have large number but narrow place to do activities and not enough supporting cause of Phraseangtham founder has just been located. On the other hand we would like to make to be good center for Thai culture studies, good curriculums, good place for practicing, promoting activities for Thai Yai cultural, we would like to see level of class room, new knowledge to each other to develop learning center to be standard.
