The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the opinion towards Encouraging the Primary Education Teachers’ Morale and Willpower of Working in Schools under Bangkok Metroplis, in Donmueng district, 2 ) to compare the opinion towards Encouraging the Primary Education Teachers’ Morale and Willpower of Working in Schools under Bangkok Metroplis, in Donmueng district, 3) To study the guidelines for the opinion towards Encouraging the Primary Education Teachers’ Morale and Willpower of Working in Schools under Bangkok Metroplis, in Donmueng district, Bangkok Metropolis. The tools used for data collection was a questionnaire. Samples research were teachers, There are 6 schools and consisted of ๑๙๖ teachers and analyzed for percentage and standard deviation One-way variance (One-way analysis of variance). If there is a statistically significant, Will compare the differences in pairs by means of Scheffe by determining the level of statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
Research finding found that as follows
1. The opinions of primary teachers towards Encouraging the Primary Education Teachers’ Morale and Willpower of Working in Schools under Bangkok Metroplis, in Donmueng district. The overall was a high level. When consider each item found that All items were high levels the in the following namely. 1. The opportunities for advancement in position 2. Relationships with colleagues 3. Superiors in government 4. The environment in practice 5. The nature of the work 6. The adequacy of income
2. Comparison opinions of primary teachers toward Encouraging the Primary Education Teachers’ Morale and Willpower of Working in Schools under Bangkok Metroplis, in Donmueng district with different gender, age, qualification, experience different overall difference was not significant at the 0.05 level. When consider in each aspects was not difference with significant at the 0.05 level.
3. For studying the way of developing the encouraging the primary education, it can be summarized as follow; In the aspect of relation to the superiors, the superiors should have emotional stability, profoundness and carefulness, decide the problems reasonably, besides that, they should steadily pay attention to their dependents and control working, as the steps as the have been done, strictly and completely. In the aspect of the opportunities for advancement in position, the satisfaction of remunerations which are suitable for working positions and the security of life and property in the period of working should be created and the honor popularity accepted by general people should be given. In the aspect of relation to the colleagues, they can chare their opinions together with the colleagues perfectly, by the way of helping from the colleagues when they have got any problems in the office, with nice cooperation. In the aspect of the adequacy of income, the convenience of receiving and paying the welfare money should be given and it should be enough for living in the present condition and it can be their refuge when they are trouble. In the aspect of the nature of the work, the some extra proper works should be given to them on the official holidays, the materials and durable articles should be supplied sufficiently for supporting working, the quantity of work should be in coincidence with the working hour in each day. In the aspect of the environment in work. Health of workers who can give their opinions of working, it is the challenge work, a cause of inspiration and make the atmosphere and environment in the schools proper for working happily.
