The purposes of this study were : (1) to study the Morale for Job Performance of Personnel under Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Nakhonsawan. Province (2) to study the personnels opinions towards the Morale for Job Performance of Personnel under Non-Formal Education, and Informal Education Nakhonsawan Province (3) to propose the Morale for Job Performance of Personnel under Non-Formal Education, and Informal Education Nakhonsawan. Province. By studying the samples of 207 persons. using Quantitative Research .
The research tool used questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used frequency , Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The hypotheses of the study have been tested by t- test and F- test ( One Way ANOVA ). lf there were significant difference therefore they would be pursued by Multiple Comparisons ( Least Significant Difference : LSD ). And summarized the problems , obstacles and suggestions by the analysis and synthesis of data.
The study results revealed that personnels opinions towards the Morale for Job Performance of Personnel under Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Nakhonsawan Province , overall and each aspest were in high level .
When comparing the opinions of personnel towards the Morale for Job Performance of personnel under Non-Formal Education, and Informal Education Nakhonsawan Province, It was found that the educational status of the respondents affected different about the Morale for Job Performance of Personnel under Non-Formal Education, and Informal Education, Nakhonsawan Province. In the Meantime it found that the variabies of gender, age ,experience and position There were no statistical significant difference at .05 level Therefore the hypothesis of variabies, gender , age , status and experience were rejected.
Guideline to create morale for work performance of personnel in Non-formal and Informal Education Nakhonsawan Province. :the relationship with the commander or administrator should play a fair role to subordinate. The subordinate should have a chance to be promoted in suitable rank and duty systematically. The college should help each other. The officers should increase observing cost of living. The administrators should take care both the physical Health and mental health.
