The objectives of this study were (1) to study personnel management under the IV Divine states (Brahmaviharas) of primary education schools in Wangnoi District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, (2) to compare the opinion levels of personnel management under the IV Divine States (Brahmaviharas) of primary education schools in Wangnoi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, being divided as individual factors (3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions of the way of personnel management under the IV Divine States (Brahmaviharas) of primary education schools in Wangnoi District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, academic year 2013. The sampling group used for the research was 235 administrators and teachers of primary education schools in Wangnoi District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The independent variables were gender, age, educational level, position, work experience and school size. The dependent variables were the personnel management under the IV Brahmaviharas, being divided into 5 aspects; (1) personnel plan, (2) managing the personnel into work, (3) developing the personnel (4) maintaining the personnel and (5) measurement of personnel works. The instrument used for collecting the data was the questionnaire of personnel management under the IV Divine States (Brahmaviharas), with confidence in all of 0.90. The statistics used for analysing the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA. The Comparison in pair was made by the way of Scheffe and the content analysis.
From the result of the research, it was found that:
1.On the study, it was found that the administrators’ and teachers’ opinions of the personnel management under the IV Divine States (Brahmaviharas) of primary education schools in Wangnoi District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, in general, was at the high level. Being considered as the aspect, it was found that it was at the high level in all aspects and in the order from high to low as follow; in the aspect of managing the personnel into work, personal power plan. For the aspect of personnel development and work measurement, their means were at the same level. The lowest value was in the aspect of maintaining the personnel respectively.
2.On comparing the personnel management under the IV Divine States (Brahmaviharas) of primary education schools in Wangnoi District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, it was found that the administrators and teachers whose gender, age, educational level, position, work experience and sizes of schools were different would have the different opinions of the personnel management under the IV Divine States (Brahmaviharas) of primary education schools in Wangnoi District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Province, with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
3.The problems, obstacles and suggestions of the way of the personnel management under the IV Divine States (Brahmaviharas) of primary education schools in Wangnoi District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, were that the administrators should propagate the result of personnel’s working thoroughly, consider and manage the personnel into work fairly for the concerned offices and persons, give the opportunity to all persons to take a part in making the plan of personnel management, possess the good model for the colleagues in personnel development in order to get the real efficiency of work result of personnel development and should give the fair personnel plan to all the parts concerning with works in all aspects.
