An Application of Buddha-Dhamma in Learning Institutions of Phaisali District, Nakhonsawan Province.

Abstract

  The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to study Buddha-Dhamma in the qualities of a good man, the virtues making for group integration and leadership, and the basic for success, in Learning Institutions of Phaisali District, Nakhonsawan Province. 2) to compare the application of Buddha-Dhamma of school administrators and the teachers in the qualities of a good man, the virtues making for group integration and leadership, and the basic for success, in Learning Institutions  of Phaisali District, Nakhonsawan Province. And 3) to study way of the application        of Buddha-Dhamma in the educational institutions in the qualities of a good man, the virtues making for group integration and leadership, and the basic for success,         in Learning Institutions of Phaisali District, Nakhonsawan Province.

This study was applied Mixed Methods Research. Firstly the quantitative Research was employed to collect empirical data afterwards the qualitative Research has been done by collection Data from Key Informants. The sample size of this study was drawing from R.V. Krejcie and D.W. Morgan for 186 persons. The Sample methodology used Simple Random Sampling. The research tools were questionnaire and Interview From, the Crondach & Reliability was .984. The analysis of Data has been performed by means of frequency, percentage, mean, standard Deviation,       t-test, F-test, Least Significant Difference: (LSD). The conclusion of Data has been done by analyzed and synthesized gathering data.
The findings of the study reveals as follows: An application of Buddha-Dhamma in Leaning institutions composes of the Four Gharavasa-dhamma principles conducting one for leading the house hold life. It composed of Sacca Dama Khanti Caga. The Four Brahmavihara with conducting oneself was Dhamma of a being who was sublime composed of Metta Karuna Mudita Upekkha.The four Iddhipada principles: that conducting of work. It was the principles of success, composed        of Chanda Viriya Citta Vimangsa. The administrators and teachers should and seized 3 main. To be applied in the school.
When comparing the opinions of school administrators and teacher in bringing Buddha-Dhamma principles to use in school. It was found that self-control, overall, at high level ( = 4.03). When considering in east aspect. It was found that conducting oneself (self-control) in a high level ( =3.93), people control have an average ( =3.90), the lowest average was work control ( =3.85),
Guidelines for the application of Buddama-Dhamma principles in learning Institute as perceived by administrators and teachers. It was found that the qualities of a good man: school administrators and teachers should work with honesty, integrity, transparency, accountability, sincerity in work, recognized emotional control, they would share things with patience and kindness to each other.          The virtues making for group integration and leadership: school administrators and teachers should love and sacrifice with sincerity, decided to listen to the opinions   of others bases on the principle of participatory management and praise to colleagues and justice neutralization. The basic for success: school administrators and teachers should be satisfied in previous and happy at work, proud of the performance, thinking and doing modernization to the school, when they found the problem tried to solve, devoted time to the operations of the institutions, thinking and plan for continuous operation, all personnel invalid in the evaluation of the performance of the institutions that would lead to the development of efficacy.
