The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) To study the Opinion of The operation on the Four Noble Truth Doctrine Application to the Royal Project on Young Scientist House Project 2) To compare the Opinions of The operation on the Four Noble Truth Doctrine Application to the Royal Project on Young Scientist House Project, classified by personal factors and, 3) To study the problems, barriers and propose suggestions for operational projects to the implementation of the project on the Four Noble Truth Doctrine Application to the Royal Project on Young Scientist House Project of the basic education in the office of Primary Education of Nakhonsawan Primary Education office Service Area 2. The study sample consisted of administrators and teachers of early childhood in the academic year 2556 B.E. The participation of the Young Scientist House Project made up of 30 schools. The sample size was 108 persons. The researcher used survey research and collecting data by used questionnaires. The analysis of data was performed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The test of hypothesis was done by T-test and One Way ANOVA. When it was found that there were significant differences between pairs of means, the method of Least Significant Difference (LSD) was further computed.
The problems, barriers and suggestions were summarized by analyzed and synthesized data. The results showed that the administrators and early childhood teachers’ opinions towards the Opinion of Educational Officers of The operation on the Four Noble Truth Doctrine Application to the Royal Project on Young Scientist House Project had been executed smoothly. The schools under the Nakhonsawan Primary Education Office Service 2 had overall average in high level, (X=3.76). When considering each aspect, that was also found in high level.
The results of the comparative study of Opinions of The operation on the Four Noble Truth Doctrine Application to the Royal Project on Young Scientist House Project, classified by personal factors were gender, age, educational background, status and work experience. As a whole, there were no significant differences. When considering each aspect, it was found that there were significant differences. Therefore the hypothesis was rejected when viewed as a whole. Divided into groups according to personal factors, gender, age, educational background, status and work experience, found no statistical differences at .05 level. Therefore, the hypothesis has been rejected.
In the approach to the development of The operation on the Four Noble Truth Doctrine Application to the Royal Project on Young Scientist House Project, of personnel in Basic Education in Nakhonsawan Primary Education Office Service Area 2, It was found that personnel would be conducted both in form, function and security. When considering the opinions of personnel, the Opinions of Educational Officers of The operation on the Four Noble Truth Doctrine Application to the Royal Project on Young Scientist House Project, viz Dukkha, Samudaya, Nirodha and Magga were framed. The Opinions of personnel in the Operation was already processed to analysis by this stage which means it was a form and intended effect was expected to be received. It was the Service, which means the forms would be impacted purpose and benefits of the Operation. If the results obtained through all major definable and cost it would take to perform the work that has been developed and applied to the real practical results. If the results obtained through all major definable and cost to perform the work it would take to get to the practical application and development of the actual results. Conversely, if in the process of analysis it is found that the results were not worth the personnel performing the work, it would need to be revised through the framework and this will be done until the results come out effectively (favorable for efficient operation). In the case that the personnel performing the delicate operation according to The Four Noble Truth consciously operate efficiently in the Young Scientist House Project, the Operation of the Young Scientist House Project would be effective.
