The purposes of this research were as follows : 1) to study the schools Administration concerning Inadequate Teacher for classes under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Office Area 3 2) to compare the opinions of school administrator concerning inadequate school teacher per classes according to Satosa and 3) to offer a troubleshooting Guidelines for school administration concerning inadequate school teacher per classes according to Satosa
This research was Survey Research in term of Mixed Research. The sample size was the administrators of schools concerning inadequate teacher Per Classes under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Office Area 3. The researcher determined the size of the sample by opening the sample size tables of R.V. Krejcie and D.W. Morgan. The sample consisted of 97 bodies. The researcher used Simple Random Sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. Data were analyzed by using a Computer Program for Social Science Research with the internal reliability. The data analysis techniques used frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The study have been tested by t-test which the test differed between the two groups. Testing by F-test or One Way ANOVA; this was a test of the difference between the three groups and above including testing of independence. If they were statistical significance therefore, they would be pursued by Multiple Comparisons (Least Significant Difference : LSD.). And summarized the problems, obstacles and suggestions by the analysis and synthesis of data.
The results were as follows : the administrators of the schools concerning inadequate Teacher Per classes under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Office Area 3. Most of respondents were male for the number of 83 bodies (85.60%) . Followed by female for the number of 14 bodies (14.4%). The age between 36 – 50 years and older than 50 years for the number of 47 bodies (48.5%). Oder, followed by the age 20 – 35 years for the number of 3 bodies (3.1%). The study found that a higher education degree level was the most for the number of 90 bodies (92.8%). Followed by a bachelor’s degree for the number of 7 bodies (7.2%). Experience in government service for 11 years or more for the number of 89 bodies (91.8%) ; Followed between 5 – 10 years for the number of 7 bodies (7.2%) and less than 5 years for the number of 1 body the lowest as 1 %
When compared the opinions according to Santosa of Administrators in concerning Inadequate Teacher Per Classes. It was found that gender, age and different levels of education had opinions towards the schools concerning Inadequate Teacher Per Classes according to Sontosa principle. There were significant difference at .05 level.
Troubleshooting Guidelines for school administration concerning inadequate school teacher per classes according to Satosa were as follows : 1) The school administration according to Yathalabha – Santosa principle should be planning process administered by all participation in all sectors, with funding from the government under any budget. Both public and private should take part in various management and opportunities for every involved in commenting on the development of the tenderer. 2) School administration according to Yathabala – Santosa principle. The study of school analysis and synthesis of various factirs on about, External and internal environment of the school. 3) The school administration according to Yathasaruppa – Santosa principle. The administrators should create morale to colleagues specially to devoted persons who where dedicated time for their schools. To mobilize appropriate resources to the schools with regard to business chapter, and the availability of a primary school.
