Educational Personnel Management of Educational Administrators According to the fourSangahavatthu at the Seventh-Group Ecclesiastical Secondary Schools, Mueang District, Khonkaen Province

Abstract

  The objectives of this research were to study the educational personnel management of educational administrators according to the  four Sangahavatthu at the seventh-group ecclesiastical secondary schools, Mueang district, Khonkaen province, and to study a way of he educational personnel management of educational administrators according to Sangahavatthu at the seventh-group ecclesiastical secondary schools, Mueang district, Khonkaen province. The population was 103 persons including directors, deputy directors, teachers, and special teachers. The research instruments for data collection were questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test of independent sample, f-test of    one-way ANOVA with the statistically significant difference of the .05 level. 

A result of this study was found in the following aspects.
1. The educational personnel development of the educational administrators to Sangahavatthu at the seventh-group ecclesiastical secondary schools, Mueang district, Khonkaen province, as a whole, was in the high level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that four aspects from the high level to the low level were giving (dana), kindly speech (piyavaca), useful conduct (atthacariya), and even and equal treatment (smanattata).  
2. A problem and a way of the educational personnel development of the educational administrators according to Sangahavatthu at the seventh-group ecclesiastical secondary schools, Mueang district, Khonkaen province was found that the problem of giving was the educational administrators to support a little the personnel about the activities organization, the working tools. The problems of kindly speech were the educational administrators lacking a good view to make a policy and introduction. The problems of useful conduct were the educational administrators who behaved prejudicially and unequally in the personnel and work. The problems of even and equal treatment were the educational administrators who transgressed the rules, lacked the leadership and had prejudice in the personnel management. Here was some suggestion for resolving the problems. The problems of giving were that the educational administrators considered continuously the personnel’s work and supported making activities with giving the proper budget and welfare. The problems of kindly speech were resolved with clearly policy-making and giving a chance to the personnel to work potentially. The problems of useful conduct were resolved with giving the morale to the personnel, behaving properly as a moral model, and supporting the personnel kindly. The problems of even and equal treatment were resolved with making kindly the good cooperation between the educational administrators and the personnel and making the actual leadership towards the personnel.
