The objectivesofthisresearchare:1).tostudyofleadershipof administrators according to the principles of fourGharavasa-Dhammas Primary school,Primary Educational Service Area Office1 Bangkok. 2).tocomparealeadership of administrators according to theprinciples of four Gharavasa-Dhammas Primary school, Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Bangkok. 3). to study the way to use a leadership of administrators according to the principles of four Gharavasa-Dhammas Primaryschool,PrimaryEducational ServiceAreaOffice1 Bangkok.
The sampling group used for the research was 217 administrators and teachers of the primary schools under the Primary school, Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Bangkok.The instrument used for collecting the data of the research was the questionnaire. Analysing the data from the questionnaire was made by using the packaged program for the social science research. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test and One – Way ANOVA. When the difference was found, the Least Significant Difference : LSD would be made with determining the statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
The result of the research
The opinion of the leadership of administrators according to the principles of four Gharavasa-Dhammas Primary school, Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Bangkok, in all 4 aspects, in general, was at the high level. Being considered as the aspects, it was found that in average, it was at the high level in all aspects. The order of their average marks from high to low would be as follows; the aspect of direction, the aspect ofrelationships, the aspect of personal Qualityand the aspect of Alignmentrespectively.
For the administrators and the teachers whose positions, their opinions of educational administration were different with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
The suggestions of the leadership under the 4 Garavasadhamma principles of the administrators of the primary schools are as follows; The administrators should accept to hear the proposals given by the people who take part of school administration under the principle of the 4 Garavasadhammas in order to encourage and offer the knowledge to the subordinates and also give more chance to the community around the schools for taking a part of school administration by using the principle of much patience and much sacrifice for the public benefit.
