This research had the following objectives: (1) To study the improving the quality of working life of teachers according to Bhāvanā 4 in Thatako district Nakhonsawan Province. 2) To compare the opinions towards the improving the quality of working life of teachers according to Bhāvanā 4 classifying by personal factors in Thatako district Nakhonsawan Province. 3) To study the desirable pattern of the improving the quality of working life of teachers according to Bhvan 4 in Thatako district Nakhonsawan Province.
The population of the study was 360 teachers in Thatako district Nakhonsawan Educational office Area 3 in the academic year 2556 B.E. The study was applied Mixed Research, Firstly employed the quantitative Research using questionnaire and later selected the in-depth Interview to collect data from the key Informants.
The sample of study consisted of 186 teachers by means of stratified random sampling. The analysis of data performed by statistical package of social science programmer viz. Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The test of hypotheses has been done by t-test , F-test ( One way ANOVA) and least significant difference (LSD.)
The findings of the study showed that the opinions of teachers towards Improving the quality of working life according to Bhāvanā 4 as a whole were in high level ( x̄ = 3.74 ). When considering in each aspect , it was found that there were high average in all aspects the comparison of teachers’ opinions, it was found that gender, age, educational level, official time and schools’ size were not significant differences at .05 level as a whole and every aspects of Bhāvanā 4. Therefore the hypotheses have been rejected. Whereas the Pāññā Bhāvanā was found to be significant differences at .05 level classifying by age level of education and official time.
Kaya- Bhāvanā was significant differences at .01 level referring to schools’ size. Sila- Bhāvanā was significant differences at .05 level referring to schools’ size. The same as sila- Bhāvanā, citta- Bhāvanā and Pāññā Bhāvanā were significant differences at.05 level and .01 level respectively.
The Pattern in the quality of life of the teachers according to bhavana 4 in Thatako district Nakhonsawan Province viz kaya-Bhvan, Sila-Bhvan, Citta- Bhāvanā and Pāññā Bhāvanā; the schools had a misson entrusted to lead teacher to practice. The teachers should perform their functions. The school teachers have been given the mission to develop a working life of themselves.
In practical steps teachers should take into account the Dhamma Principles of the working area and working processes including well-being in daily life. By applying Bhāvanā 4 which kaya- Bhāvanā there was a healthy body. Sila- Bhāvanā was operating correctly by adhering strictly to the rules. Citta- Bhāvanā was mentally determined in their work. Pāññā Bhāvanā was witty repartee in working to solve immediate problems with the cover thought hard. Aftermost the schools also returned as the salary promoted rank higher page position will be determined teacher practice, and an example to the others.
