The objectives of this study were as follows :
1)to study people’s Opinion towards the Administration in Accordance with Saraniyadhamma of Sub - district Administrative Organization in Meawong District Nakhonsawan Province
2)to compare People’s Opinion towards the Administration in Accordance with Saraniyadhamma of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Meawong District Nakhonsawan Province classifying by personal factors.
3)to study the pattern of Saraniyadhamma which applied in the administration of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Meawong District Nakhonsawan Povince.
This study was operated by using mixed Research. Firstly the survey Research had been done to draw the 400 respondents from Meawong District Nakhonsawan Province.
The sample size of 400 respondents was selected from table of R. V. Krejcie and D.W. Morgan. The researcher use simple Random Simpling by castlots method. The research tool in this study was questionnaire which the researcher had been constructed herself. The analysis of data employed the statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) with the Alpha Reliability of .952. The statistics in this study had been performed by frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, (One way ANOVA) and chisquare and Least Significant diffence : L S D. The conclusion of data including problems, barriers and suggestions had been analyzed and synthesized.
The results had found that most of the respondents were females for 251 persons equivalent to the majority of respondents were 31-40 years old for 152 persons equivalent to 38 percent. When considering to level of education most of the respondents studied in secondary level for 175 persons equivalent to 43.8 percent. Most of the respondents were agricultures for 195 persons equivalent to 47 percent. Most of respondents earned income during 3001-6000 baht for 159 persons equivalent to 39.8 percent. Secondly the respondents earned income between 6001-9000 baht per month equivalent to 30.3 percent.
Furthermore the findings of this study found that people expressed their opinions towards the administration in accordance with Saraniyadhamma of sub-district Administrative Organization in Meawong District Nakhonsawan Province as a whole at high level (X̅ = 3.5154) When considering at each aspect it was found that the average score were at high level in descending order viz Metta-kayakamma (X̅ = 3.5435). Metta – vacikamma (X̅ = 3.5185). Metta-manokamma (X̅ = 3.5475). and Ditthi-samannata (X̅ = 3.5315). The medium average aspects were Sadharana-bhogi (X̅ = 3.4695) and sila-samannata (X̅ = 3.4820).
The people expressed their opinions towards the administration in accordance with Saraniyadhamma of sub-district Administrative Organization in Meawong District Nakhonsawan Province as a whole at medium level. Therefore it showed that the administration of Sub-district administrative Organization in Meawong District Nakhonsawan Province could not been effectively. However the administration in accordance with saraniyadhamma of Sub-district administrative Organization in Meawong District Nakhonsawan Province should be implemented to the happiness of the people and the development of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Meawong District at the same time.
