The research had the following objectives: 1) to study Participation in educational management of Local Administrative according to Trisikkha. 2) to compare the educational officials opinions towards the. educational management according to Trisikkha classifying by personal factors 3) to study the guideline of the application using Trisikkha on educational management.
This study was applied the Mixed Methods Research. The sample of the study was drawn from the administrators and teachers of Ladyao office of Primary Educational Area 2 Ladyao District Nakhonsawan Province. The researcher used the table of R. V. Krejcie and D.W. Morgan to determine the sample size of 303 persons. The Sampling Method was Simple Random Sampling by drawing lots. The research tool of this study was questionnaire which has been constructed by researcher herself. The Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) has been done to analyze collected data. The statistics employed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One Way ANOVA), chi-square test and Least Significant Differences (LSD)
Referring to Samadhi, it was found that gender, age education level and position did affect to the educational management according to Trisikkha, The hypotheses were accepted
When considering to Panna it was found that gender, education level and Position did affect to the educational management according to Trisikkha. at .05 level. Therefore the hypotheses were also accepted, only age and working experience did not affect the educational management according to Trisikkha. The hypotheses were rejected. The institution should cooperate with the Local Administration Organization to implant Trisikkha in order to make the students in good manner the Local Administration Organization should give enough the budget to create good project such as Pabbajja in summer holiday Project of community cleaning day, Chanting before go to bed, pray respect to the parents before go to the school and supporting the learning resources in community Finally, the local Administration Organization should preserve the tradition and cultural holy day.
