THE PARTICIPATION OF PARENTS IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATIONS IN MUANGANGTHONG DISTRICT,ANGTHONG PROVINCE

Abstract

  The purposes of this  study were as follows : (1) to study the participation in Educational management of Angthong Administrative Organization Muang District Angthong province. (2) to compare the opinions level to the participation in Education management of Angthong Administrative Organization Muang District Angthong province classifying by gender, occupation, age and education levels of the parents (4) to present the pattern of participation in Educational management of Angthong Administrative Organization Muang District Angthong Province.

The sample of the sturdy was drawn for 310 respondents. The research Methodology was applied Mixed Research. The quantitative Research collecting the empirical data used questionnaire. The qualitative Research was questionnaire. The quantitative Research was performed by In-depth Interview from the key Inform ants.
The statistics employed frequency, percentage, mean and standard Deviation. The test of hypotheses have been done by t-test, F-test (One way ANOVA) and Least Significant Difference (LSD). The conclusions and suggestions were done by content Analysis and Research topic Context. 
The results of the research were found that the parents expressed their opinion towards the participation in Educational management of Angthong Administrative Organization in less level
The comparison of the parents’ participation in Educational management of Angthong Administrative Organization was found that  gender had no significant difference at .05 level. In the other parents who had different education level did not affect to every aspects such as academic aspect, budget aspect, personnel administration aspect and general management aspect at .05 leval. The parents who their students studied in different class had no significant difference at .05 level towards all management aspects. Finally the parents who had different occupation did not affect all Educational management aspects at .05 level.
    The suggestions of this study were as follows : (1) The local Administration Organization should publicize to people in the community the importance of community participation in Educational  Management especially the parents who had their children studying in Prathom 4-6 and Prathom 1-3. (2) The  Local Administrative Organization should have Policies, standards and targets in order to facilitate the parents opportunities to join educational participation.
