The objectives of this research are to study the levels of the primary school administrators’ transformational Leadership in Laokhwan District under the Office of Kanchanaburi Educational Service Area Zone 4, to compare the factors of the primary school administrators’ transformational Leadership of in Laokhwan District under the Office of Kanchanaburi Educational Service Area Zone 4 and to study the suggestions of the primary school administrators’ transformational Leadership in Laokhwan District under the Office of Kanchanaburi Educational Service Area Zone 4. The sampling group used for the research is 108 teachers. The equipment used for the research is questionnaire. The statistics used for the research are percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA.
On the result of the research, it is found that;
1. The level of the primary school administrators’ transformational Leadership in Laokhwan District under the Office of Kanchanaburi Educational Service Area Zone 4 is very high. Being considered as the aspects, it is found that it is high in all aspects. Putting them in the order from high to low will be as follows; morality and ethics, intention of individual relation, vision and creating motivation respectively.
2. After comparing the primary school administrators’ transformational Leadership in Laokhwan District under the Office of Kanchanaburi Educational Service Area Zone 4, being separated as an individual factor and as the teachers’ opinions in the aspect of gender, age, educational degree and experience of teaching, it is found that the teachers’ opinions of the primary school administrators’ transformational Leadership of in Laokhwan District under the Office of Kanchanaburi Educational Service Area Zone 4 are not different with statistical significance at the level 0.05.The hypothesis is denied.
3. The suggestions of the primary school administrators’ transformational Leadership of in Laokhwan District under the Office of Kanchanaburi Educational Service Area Zone 4, are that in the aspect of vision, the school administrators must have the vision about the educational management that it must be adjusted according to the changed situation. They should have the ability of planning and determining the aims of organization. The administrators should possess the strong vision, foresee the event correctly, be able to create the image of the office in the future clearly, have a creative concept and apply new idea for work management. In the aspect of creating motivation, the administrators should use some techniques for encouraging the colleagues to complete their work, apply the right and fair techniques and methods for motivation, not make a conflict in the organization, always create morale and will-power of working for all the teachers. In the aspect of the aim of individual relation, the administrators should support the teachers to develop their individual efficiency, give them a chance for presenting their abilities as much as possible, have to understand the individual difference, they think as we think, have the ability of inter-contacting and inter-communicating and have a nice technique of giving an assignment. In the aspect of morality and ethics, the school administrators should be a good model of oneself control, person control and work control. should not for the sake of the remuneration and the sake of the personal gain ,should be supposed to gentle gentleness both of a body , statement and the mind , hold virtue system in the administration and should develop oneself acceptable to of the colleague and general person.
