The study on the title “Personnel Adminisration under the 4 Sangahavatth of Thampirak School Bangplad Distric, Bangkok” aims 1) to study the Personnel Adminisration under the 4 Sangahavatthus of Thampirak School Bangplad Distric, Bangkok, 2) to study the problems obstacles and the ways of developing the Personnel Adminisration under the 4 Sangahavatthus of Thampirak School Bangplad Distric, Bangkok. The sampling groups of people used for the research are 129 administrators, teachers, officials and the school official of Thampirak School in Bangplad District, Bangkok academic year 2013. The equipment used for the research is questionnaire. The analysis of data have been done by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The result of this study found that :
The Personnel Adminisration under the 4 Sangahavatthus of Thampirak School Bangplad Distric, Bangkok, the most of respondents were females for the number of 118 persons equal to 91.47 percent. According to age, there were 51 persons who has 30 years old or more about 39.53 percent. Graduated in bachelor degree were 90 persons equal to 69.77 percent. Most of respondents were teacher for the number of 75 persons equal to 58.14 percent. According to experience, there were 46 persons who has more than 3 years or more about 35.65 percent. The Personnel Adminisration under the 4 Sangahavatthus of Thampirak School Bangplad Distric, Bangkok,on the whole, is at the high level. Being studied as in each aspect, it is found that the Personnel Adminisration under the 4 Sangahavatthus of Thampirak School Bangplad Distric, Bangkok is at the high level in every aspect, it is put in the order from high to low as follows; the highest level is in the aspect of kindly speech (Piyavacha), the second ones are in the aspect of useful conduct, even and equal treatment and giving respectively.
For the problems, obstacles and the way of developing the Personnel Adminisration under the 4 Sangahavatthus of Thampirak School Bangplad Distric, Bangkok, it is found that the problem and obstacle of giving was that the administrator should promote the school personnel to create educational media for the developing study management in school, in the aspect of the kindly speech, the administrator should sincerely give praising or admirable words to the personnel who is successful of working, in the aspect of useful conduct, the administrator should support to subordinates and others equally and ethics of useful conduct and in the aspect of even and equal treatment, the administrator should control, follow up and assess the personnel’s work continuously and regularly.
