This research had objectives to study 1) The purpose of this research was to study of academic administration by Ariyasacca IV 2) To compare the attitudes about academic administration by Ariyasacca IV 3) To study the issues, trouble and way of academic administration by Ariyasacca IV in elementary school at Banna District Nakhonnayok Province by the way of the research with a sample of executives and teachers from 12 elementary schools at Banna District Nakhonnayok Province. This research wes quantitative research. Tools used to collect data included rating scale. Which has the consistency of 0.8 - 1.00. Analysis by finding the percent frequency, Arithmetic average, t-test and One-way ANOVA.
The research finding found that :
1. The findings of educational academic administration by Ariyasacca IV in elementary schools at Banna District Nakhonnayok Province from a sample of 168 persons. The most of respondents were female with aged between 31 - 40 years which provides the education at the undergraduate level and a position as a teacher with experience from 5-16 years. Most of these attitudes in academic administration is good.
2. The findings of comparing the attitudes about academic administration by Ariyasacca IV in elementary schools at Banna District Nakhonnayok Province, found that most of attitudes are good. And are not different at 5 aspects with statistical significance level of 0.05. The respectively aspects with the most common attitudes as follows; Curriculum development, The development of the learning process, The evaluation of studies, The educational supervision and The development of educational media, innovation and technology.
3. The result of the research about the issues of academic administration found that the issues, trouble and way of academic administration by Ariyasacca IV in elementary schools at Banna District Nakhonnayok Province were as follows: Curriculum development lack of education and analysis of curriculum data, lack of the right understanding about formulation of attitudes and the goal of the school, lack of supervision about continuously using curriculum, and revised to be appropriate with the needs of local communities. And the development of the learning process teachers lack of the knowledge in the preparation of learning plans, executives do not indulgent teachers in using media, media does not fit with lessons in each subject, teachers do not like to use media or pre supplying the media to use in teaching. And the evaluation of studies lack of the knowledge in evaluating the students, the guidelines of assessment are not clear, instruments used are not consistent with the purpose of learning, teachers lack of understanding of the assessment. And the development of educational media, innovation and technology lack of planning, manufacture, supply and use the media as a system, lack of continuously supporting in the development of media, lack of cooperation in manufacture, supply and the development of media, lack of modern media in learning activities. And the educational supervision lack of cooperation, coordination of internal staff, lack of the knowledge of supervisory systems, lack of obvious assignment in supervision, lack of continuously supporting in supervision.
