THE DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM OF PRIMARY SCHOOL IN DISTRICT NAKHON SAWAN PROVINCE SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract
This study had the threefold objectives : 1) to study the information systems management problem of primary school in Kaoliao District under Nakhonsawan office of Primary Education Area 1. 2) to compare the  teachers’ opinions towards the information system management problem of primary school in Kaoliao District under Nakhonsawan office of Primary Education Area 1. 3) to study the problems, barriers and suggestions to the information systems management problem of primary school in kaoliao District under Nakhonsawan office of Primary Education Area 1.
The sample of this study consisted of 137 teachers and personnel’s under Nakhonsawan office of Primary Education Area 1. The study employed stratified Random Sampling. The research instrument used in the study were questionnaires. The analysis of data had been done by frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation.       The test of hypotheses were compared by t-test, F-test (One Way ANOVA) and least significant Difference : LSD . The conclusion problems, barriers and suggestions had been performed by summarizing the barriers and suggestions by analysis and synthesis. The findings of this study had been found that the state of problems information systems management as a whole was in the medium level ( = 2.72).
When considering to each aspect information systems management problem had the highest average ( = 3.04), but information systems management problem for the school’ works reporting was the lowest average ( = 2.21). In comparison of personnels’ opinions about the information systems management problem classifying by gender, age, position and work experience. There were no significant differences at .05 level.
The suggestions were as follows: the personnels should be supported about self-development should be the modern technological materials. The modern technology material should be enough to their works. The information system personnels should be trained and the development of collection information system should be developed continuously. The cooperation with other schools and organizations for academic development should be done as the traditional custom of the schools.
