The objectives of this research were: 1) to study Personnel administration accordance with good governance of administrator of secondary schools muang district ubonratchathani province 2) to compared the opinion for Personnel administration accordance with good governance of administrator of secondary schools muang district ubonratchathani province 3) to suggest the suitable ways of development in Personnel administration accordance with good governance of administrator of secondary schools muang district ubonratchathani province, by collecting data from 234 samples of the Executive and the teachers. the data were analyzed by the statistical Frequency, Percentile, Mean, Standard Deviation, hypothesis testing by t-test, t-test and ONE Way ANOVA with the important point in statistic at the level of 0.05
The research findings were as follows:
1.personnel administration accordance with good governance of administrator of secondary schools as a whole was a high level, considering by each aspect were at a high level all sort of descending, that is the rule of law, morality, Participation, Accountability, cost effectiveness or economy and Responsibility.
2.comparing the opinions of the administrators and teachers towards Personnel administration accordance with good governance classified by sex, education found that were not significantly statistically different but age, experience and school size vary significantly statistically.0.05 by the administrators have small-sized school administrate accordance the good governance more than the administrator s’ medium and large school.
3.from the results, it is foundthat: should be the way to solve administration accordance with good governance of secondary schools namely: 1) the administrators could support the people in continuous development and justice 2)the administrators have to open the chance to them express and want the opinion in development staff.3) the administrators should be promote them to progress a long position in individuals’ ability.
