Abstract

  The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to study The Administrators with Human Resource Management of Primary education according to

the principle of the Brahmavihãra Iv. 2) to compare the opinions of Educational personals towards the Brahmavihãra IV primary Education Level classifying by personal factors. 3) to create the desirable pattern of Human Resource the Brahmavihara IV.
This study was applied Mixed Methods Research. Firstly the quantitative Research was employed to collect empirical data afterwards the qualitative Research has been done by collection Data from Key Informants.
The sample size of this study was drowning from R.V. Krejcie and D.W. Morgan for 167 persons. The sample Methodology used Simple Random Sampling. The research tools were questionnaire and Interview From, the Crondach & Reliability was .799.
The analysis of Data has been performed by means of frequency, percentage, mean, standard Deviation, t-test, F-test, Least Significant Difference: (LSD). The conclusion of Data has been done by analyzed and synthesized gathering data.
The findings of the study reveals as follows: Education Personnels of Thatako District under Nakhonsawan primary Education Service Area office were aged during 40-49 years old which equivalent to 40.1 percent. The education levels of the respondents mostly were Bachelor Degrees with 143 person’s equivalent to 85.6 percent. The official time mostly more than 21 years for the number of 74 persons equivalent to 44.3 percent. According to their positions, it was found that most of the respondents were teachers for 146 person’s equivalent to 87.6 percent. 
The comparisons among education personnel, it was found the gender, education level and Position were not significant differences towards the Human Resource Management according to the principles of the Brahmavihãra IV at .05 levels. 
Only age and working experiences or official time were found to be significant differences at .05 levels. Referring to the opinion of educational personnel, towards development it was found that Metta Aspect the Administrators should be show a desire personnel and fairmess. Karuna Aspect the Administrators must take care when personnel are suffering. Mudita Aspect the Admistrators should be congratulations to personnel without selects practices and to support with equality. Ubakha Aspect the Administrators should be neutralize, reasoning, fairness.
