The objects of this study were 1) to study about the management of organizations to prepare learning organization applying tisikkha of culture Nakhonsawan Province. 2) to compare opinions towards the management of organizations to prepare learning organization applying tisikkha of culture Nakhonsawan Province. 3) to study trends of application to use the concept of the management of organizations to prepare learning organization applying tisikkha of culture Nakhonsawan Province.
The sample of this study consisted of 150 Annual Employee, Official and the board of Cultural Directors Council Office. The sample in this research was a stratified random sampling method. The research tool was a questionnaire. The analysis of data has been performed by statistical program of Social Science. The statistics used frequency, Percentage, mean, standard Deviation, t-test, F-test (One way ANOVA) and least Significant Difference (LSD) The research tool was rating scale consisting of 5 levels of evaluation and open-ended questions with the reliability value of .654.
The results of this study revealed as follows:
The personnel ’s opinions towards the management of organizations to prepare learning organization applying tisikkha of culture Nakhonsawan Province as a whole was at medium level (x ̅ = 3.37). when considered at each aspect; it showed that the opinions on knowledge management in concentration high level (x ̅ = 3.54).
