This research had the following objectives:1) To study the administrative context of the Buddhist Oriented Schools under the Nakhonsawan office of Secondary School Service Area 42 2) To study the opinions of the administration of the Buddhist Oriented Schools under the Nakhonsawan office of Secondary School Service Area 42 of school administrators and teachers classifying by personal factors; 3) To study the prototyping guidelines of the administration of the Buddhist Oriented Schools under the Nakhonsawan office of Secondary School Service Area 42. The sample of this study was drawn from school administrators and teachers of 58 schools for 116 persons.
This research used Mixed Methods Research by the Quantitative Research and Qualitative Research. The Quantitative Research used the research tool by means of Questionnaire. The sample was drawn by purposive Sampling Method. The data were analyzed by the statistical program using frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The test of hypotheses conducted by t-test, F-test (One Way ANOWA) and Least Significant Difference : LSD . The In-depth Interview was used to the Key Informants. The context and content analysis techniques were used to interpret the data.
The findings of the study were as follows: The administrators and teachers have obtained about the administrative context of the Buddhist oriented schools as a whole in high level ( =4.12) . When considering to each aspect; Every aspect was in high level. It was also found that the basic activities of life, Atmosphere and interaction were in very high level. When comparing opinions of administrators and teachers of the administration of the Buddhist Oriented Schools under the Nakhonsawan office of Secondary School Service Area 42 they were found that gender , age, education level, position and duration of the position were not statistical significant difference at .05 level. Therefore the related hypotheses had been rejected.
However they had been found that age and administration aspect was significant differences at .05 level. Therefore the related hypotheses had been accepted. When comparing with basic activities of life aspect; it was found that there was significant differences at .05 level. According to educational level with atmosphere and interactive aspect; there was also significant differences at .05 level. The related hypotheses had been accepted.
Referring to position and physical aspect and management administration aspect; there were found that significant differences at .01 level. The hypotheses had been accepted. With regard to duration of the position and physical aspect had been significant differences at .01 level. Finally teaching and learning aspect with basic activities of life aspect; there was significant differences at .05 level. The related hypotheses had been accepted.
The prototyping guidelines of the administration of the Buddhist Oriented Schools under the Nakhonsawan office of Secondary School Service Area 42 found that Personals who performed the duties and mission assigned based on the framework by the Buddhist oriented schools. When the frame work was complete in to the analysis. This process would be managed, which means the model was expected to be the purpose and benefits of the operation, If the results have been worth going through all the rules and practice. It would take work to get going and developed practical applications, achieve real results.
Conversely, if the process of job analysis that the result was not worth the practice. Personals would be brought back to improve performance and review for errors through the framework. This process had been done until the best results came out and facilitate the practice.
