The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the Learning and teaching management of Buddhist Subject for Upper Secondary students, DebsirinNonthaburi School. Nonthaburi Province. 2) to study the Student’s opinions towards learning and teaching management of Buddhist Subject divided by The Student’s status and 3) to study the problems and the development of learning and teaching management of Buddhist Subject. The Samples consisted of 285 DebsirinNonthaburi School students, Nonthaburi Province. The instrument was the questionnaires. The statistical procedure employed were percentage, mean and standard derivation and t-test and one–way Anova to compare the student’s opinions towards learning and teaching management of Buddhist Subject.
The findings showed that
1. The student’s opinions towards learning and teaching management of Buddhist Subject at Debsirin Nonthaburi School were at good level. When determining in each item, found that every item was at good level. The examples were measurement and evaluation of learning and teaching management, materials of learning and teaching management and the procedure of learning and teaching management.
2. The comparison of basic information of the students: sex,age and class according to the student’s opinions towards learning and teaching management,The students in different ages thought differently towards learning and teaching management and were significantly at 0.05 level.
3. The problems and suggestions of learning and teaching management of Buddhist Subject; were a follows 1) The curriculum should be flexible, 2) For the learning and teaching management and the procedure, The teacher should let the students have more participated both inside and outside the classroom, 3) The materials of learning and teaching, The teacher should supply more and modern materials, 4) the supported activities of learning and teaching should be more interesting and modern, 5) The measurement and evaluation of learning and teaching, The teachers should take the learning results from the students to improve for better learning and teaching.
