objectives of the research on “A Study of the College Administrators’ Leadership under the Sangahavatthus IV in Saraburi College of Professional Education Mueang District Saraburi Province” are to study the college administrators’ leadership under the Sangahavatthus IV in order to compare the opinion levels of the college administrators’ leadership under the Sangahavatthus IV, being divided on the basic data and to study the ways of developing the college administrators’ leadership under the Sangahavatthus IV in Saraburi College of Professional Education, Mueang District, Saraburi Province.
The groups of people are 138 administrators and teachers. The statistics used for analyzing the data is frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance : F-test.
From the result of research, it is found that
1. The administrators’ and teachers’ opinions of the college administrators’ leadership under the Sangahavatthus IV, on the whole, are at the high level. As in the aspects, Their opinions are at the high level in all aspects. The highest level of opinion is in the aspects of kindly speech and even and equal treatment, the second level is in the aspect of useful conduct. The lowest level of opinion is in the aspect of giving.
2. In comparing the opinion levels of the college administrators’ leadership under the Sangahavatthus IV, the administrators’ and teachers’ opinions are not different with statistical significance at the level 0.05. When it is separated according to gender, position/duty, training, participating the activities for communities/societies, age, educational levels and work experiences, on the whole, the administrators’ and teachers’ opinions are not different with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
3. The suggestions of the ways of developing the College Administrators’ Leadership under the Sangahavatthus IV in Saraburi College of Professional Education, Mueang District, Saraburi Province, are as follows;
1) In the aspect of giving (Dana), the administrators should give a good chance for the personnel lacking any knowledge and experience to be trained in work
2) In the aspect of kindly speech (piyavaca), the administrators should speak the words which are useful and reasonable and at the right time, they should always sincerely and pleasantly praise or admire the personnel who is successful in working
3). In the aspect of the useful conduct (Atthacariya), the administrators should help to solve the occurring problems intentionally and enthusiastically. The administrators should be pleased to help the personnel equally.
4). In the aspect of even and equal treatment (Samanattata), the administrators should pay their consistent conduct to every personnel. The administrators should adjust themselves nicely to somebody else and keep familiarity, they should go on the good conduct that is suitable for the role of leadership.
