The research entitled “An Application Of Four Brahmaviharas (Sublime States Of Mind) In Administration Of Educational Administrators In Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42”. The objectives of the research were as follows : 1) to study the Application Of Four Brahmaviharas (Sublime States Of Mind) In Administration Of Educational Administrators In Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42 2) to compare the opinions of Educational Personnels to owards the Application Of Four Brahmaviharas (Sublime States Of Mind) In Administration Of Educational Administrators In Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42 classifying by personal factors, and 3) the study problems, barriers and suggestions in the Application Of Four Brahmaviharas (Sublime States Of Mind) In Administration Of Educational Administrators In Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42
The sample of this study comprised of school Administrators, Deputy Administration Of Educational Administrators In Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42. The sampling Methodology used Simple Rondom Sampling for 231 persons. The statistics employed frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation t-test, F-test (One Way ANOVA). And Multiple Comparison by method of Least Significant Difference : LSD ) the conclusion of data had been analyzed and synthesized empirical data by. Content analysis along with cotext Approach.
The findings of the study had been found that :
1.The respondents in this study mostly were Female for 186 persons equivalent to 78.79 percent, The age group of 40– 50 year was 140 person equivalent to 64.07 percent, Most of the respondents were teachers were teachers for 181 persons equivalent 78.35 percent, The working experiences of respondents were between 11 – 15 year for 79 persons equivalent to 34.20 percent, The level of educational personnels were overall at hight average ( = 4.15) . when considering in each aspect It was found at high average in aspects Metta ( = 4.18) , Karung ( = 4.04) , Mudita ( = 4.13) and Upekkha ( = 4.17).
2.When comparison of educationl personnels by personal factors viz gender, age, educational level and position did not affect the dependent variable. Only the working experience did affect the dependent variable.
3.The pattern for the Application of the four Brahmaviharas in the school administration the administration and teacher should hold the Brahmaviharas Metta : 1) The administrators should manage. With Transparancy. 2) The administrators should work satisfactorily to subordinates and students : 1) The administrators should dare to decide in improvement the school development. 2) The administrators should have master plan to work in the future. Mudita : 1) The administrators should pay attention to the problems and tried to solve them. 2) The administrators should be honest to every Upekkha : 1) The administrators and master plan should be fair to all subordinates. 2) The administrators should be are equal in opportunity to study.
