Abstract
The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the morale in the performance of non-commissioned police officers at Phayuhakhiri Police Station, Nakhonsawan Province, and 2) to study ways for the promotion of in the morale in the performance of non-commissioned police officers at Phayuhakhiri Police Station, Nakhonsawan Province by classifying on the personal factors. this research applied Survey Research. The sample of the study was 95 non-commissioned police officers at Phayuhakhiri Police Station, Nakhonsawan Province. The instrument of the study was the questionnaires. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard deviation.
The results of the study found that overall, the majority of respondents were male, 87 percent said 91.54 ages 40-49 years, 56 percent said 58.95 a bachelor's degree, 56 percent said 58.95 level. Police Sergeant Major 42.11 percent said 58.38 46 jobs suppress 48.42 percent higher than the salary of 20,000 to 25,000 bath 11 was 11.58 percent.
The level of the morale in the performance according to the four Brahmavihara of non-commissioned police officers at Phayuhakhiri Police Station, NakhonsawanProvince was in high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the level of the morale in the performance according to the four Brahmavihara of non-commissioned police officers at Phayuhakhiri Police Station, NakhonsawanProvince was in high level. The hypothesis was accepted.
The problems, barriers and suggestions for the morale in the performance according to the four Brahmavihara of non-commissioned police officers at Phayuhakhiri Police Station, Nakhonsawan Province were the police officers should apply Dhamma principle in the personnel administration, set the structure of the relationship between the members within the organization, distribute the working and the power in the working, recruit the new personnel, develop the personnel, control the working quality within the organization , and also have the problem solving process within the organization to promote the morale in the performance of the non-commissioned police officers.
