Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the  administration according to the Good Governance of a medium sub-district administrative organization, Takhien-Luan district, Muang, Nakhonsawan province 2) to compare the administration according to the Good Governance of a medium sub-district administrative organization, Takhien-Luan district, Muang, Nakhonsawan province 3) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions for compatible principles of administration in compliance with the principle of the Good Governance of a medium sub-district administrative organization, Takhien-Luan District, Muang, Nakhonsawan province. The research methodology is Survey research.

The population studied was people who live in 12 villages of a medium sub-district administrative organization, Takhien-Luan District, Muang, Nakhonsawan province. The ramdom sampling was used to select a sample population of 361 for data collection. The instrument of the study was questionnaires. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, t-test, and F-test by One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference:LSD.

The results of study were followed:

1.  The overall, the people had the opinion toward administration according to the good governance of a medium sub-district administrative organization, Takhien-Luan District, Muang, Nakhonsawan province in middle level. When considering in income aspect, it was found that it was in middle level (x=3.07).

2.  For the comparison of the opinion of the people toward the administration according to the good governance of of a medium sub-district administrative organization, Takhien-Luan District, Muang, Nakhonsawan province, the people had no different opinion toward the administration according to the good governance of a medium sub-district administrative organization, Takhien-Luan District, Muang, Nakhonsawan province in the gender, age, education, and occupation. So the assumptions were denied. People who have different income had different opimion toward the administration according to the good governance of a medium sub-district administrative organization, Takhien-Luan District, Muang, Nakhonsawan province at significant= 0.083

3.  For studying problems, obstacles, and suggestions for compatible principles of administration in compliance with the principle of the Good Governance of a medium sub-district administrative organization, Takhien-Luan District, Muang, Nakhonsawan province. To developing administration according to the principle of the Good Governance need the lawfulness, morality, transparency, participation, responsibility, and economy, by applying all the principles to all staffs and administrative who be a leader should have a knowledge in every aspects including honesty and fairness to people who under his or her administration. Therefore, administrative should treat everyone equally for all projects by letting people be able to examine and give opinions when some situations need to be solved ;moreover, working with transparency by the time sub-district administrative organization applying the Good Governance be used. This will lead the organization into accomplishment.
