ABSTRACT

    This Research is of Three objectives:- 1. To study the history and Concept of populism of Narodnic, 2. To study the history and Concept of Dhananuppadana in  Tipitaka, 3 An Analytical study populism of Narodnic and Dhananuppadana in  Tipitaka.

    From the first objective, Populism in Thailand was is not creative or negative meant Giving for benefit and to maintain popularity and political power. Populism caused by the appease of Narodnic in Russia, Later populism has borrowed Keynesian theory to solve economic problems, Because it conforms to the crisis when the economic downturn, Crisis that originated in Buenos Aires, populism was seen in the negative today.

    From the Second objective, it is found that The elements of Giving in Buddhism was clear indicators, To Giving that very  effect, little effect, no effect, Punishment to the need to go to hell, but Dhananuppadana was seen in the positive, As for government made ​​with good intentions, He hopes that people live together happily.

                From the Third objective, The same part of the populism not creative and Dhananuppadana  are giving from government. The point is that there are 7 different :meanings ,concepts, methods, results,development, strengths and Weakness. on a creatively populism and Dhananuppadana. There is no difference.
