Abstract

This research study entitled “A study the principle of Buddha teaching  to success of project  for Youth Volunteer in Padong Yai    Wang Aou Center, Ubon Ratchathani Province. ” by following Three objectives; firstly to study the principle of  Buddha teaching which applied for Youth Volunteers in Padong Yai Wang Aou, Secondly was studied the method for applying of the Buddha teaching , and thirdly was the result of  applying of volunteers youth  in Padong Yai Wang Aou , Documentary Research and Field Research was used in this research.   This research study found that:

                                    The working of the volunteer’s youth of Padong Yai Wang Aou center ,              Ubon Ratchathani province was practiced by the principle of charity and support, followed the Buddhism teaching such as social work principle , abide supreme principle and achievement principle , sources of happiness in the present life , the five precepts and  five ennobling virtues ,virtues for fraternal living , unity virtues and good friendship, which these principles for educate the volunteer’s youth.     

The volunteers youth in Padong Yai Wang Auo center,Ubon Ratchathani province can apply the many styles of the principles such as social work principle , abide supreme principle and achievement principle but suitable to the each situations which make them good character good heartfelt, to be team wok, responsibility, and joined the social work by heart but not by expectation things feed ,

                         The success  of the project for the volunteer’s youth in Padong Yai Wang Aou Center, Ubon Ratchathani province included the transfer of knowledge, educated by applying the dhammas to institutions, created the course EM, made the network  more than 300 schools, offer the opportunities  to youth for joining volunteer’s activities and support ,although there was some problem but can resolve . The youth volunteers can apply these three principles as well and appropriate activities
