Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

This research had 2 main objectives 1) to study of learning and teaching management  of  Buddhist Sunday Center,  Sai-Noi district Nonthaburi province, 2) to  study development of Learning and teaching management of buddhist Sunday center, Sai-Noi district Nonthaburi province, they were classified according to sex, age, education level.

This is a quantitative research using the questionnaire. The samples used in this study were the 393 students at Buddhist Sunday center, who was students at grade  1-6 and secondary students at grade 1-6.  Analysis of data use the software package. The statistical procedures used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation

The results of research were found that :

The attitude of students towards learning and teaching management  of  Buddhist Sunday center activity all 5 :

The course : The course should provide students took part in the curriculum.  The course content is aligned with the school curriculum is good.

The learning and teaching :  the teaching is not modern, not present. Teachers and students can not be applied to the present work.

The media of teaching :  the introduction of outside experts to assist in the production of media for teaching Buddhism.

The leaning and teaching activities :  should take into account the different activities of the students.

The measurement and assessment :  teacher evaluation of students as is rarely true.

The promotion and development of learning and teaching:

1.  Should be consistent with the content of the school curriculum in each class, and age-appropriate.

2.  Teachers should have clear plan for teach, so that students can use to study.

3.  Media of teaching should be diversified. Appropriate to the content. Teaching with technology.

4.   Teaching and learning activities should take place outside school such as the religious significance of Buddhism.

5.   Measurement and evaluation should be measured in a variety of ways, and report test results as soon as the students themselves. And compared the results to the school's academic performance.
