Abstract
The objectives of this research were : to study the personnel administration in accordance with Gharavasadhamma iv at primary schools Bangkokyai district Bangkok, to compare the personnel administration in accordance with Gharavasadhamma IV at primary schools Bangkokyai district Bangkok, to study the suggestion of the personnel administration in accordance with Gharavasadhamma IV at primary schools Bangkokyai district Bangkok. The populations were 275 and the tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The statistics of this study was the percentage ,mean and statistical analysis of standard deviation ,t-test ,F-test (One - Way ANOVA).
The research of finding found that as follows:
The truth : that was the highest level .Leaders are sincere in planning school policies with the aim to further develop the school's progress and the school buildings and classrooms are adequate.
Tolerance : administration can provide the budget plan as well for progress of the school and leaving behind the evil and corruption. Administrators have the patience and diligence measures or strategies to help schools achieve the goals. Sacrifice : the sacrifice administrative Committee should be meeting to define a common approach to plan the school administration
Comparison of attitude of the sample, there were the different sex, position concern with the personnel administration in accordance with Gharavasadhamma iv at primary schools Bangkokyai district Bangkok,the difference was not statistical significant at 0.05 level and comparison of the opinions of the respondents with qualifications and experience a different opinion on the fairness of the administration by lay four of the primary schools. The differences were statistical significant at the 0.05 level.
Suggestion to improve the personnel administration in accordance with Gharavasadhamma iv at primary schools Bangkokyai district Bangkok , the truth should be planned in recruiting the person as fairly. Administrators need to encourage for the development and growth of the patient , sacrifice and wisdom in the personnel administration of the school to be constantly developing.
