Abstract

This Research Aims to Study the School Administration and the Comparison of Administration of The administration of Buddhist school under Lopburi Education area office 1 : case study in thalechubsorndistrict lopburi province. at This is a survey research focusing on the population which consists of the executives and teacher for 124 persons. The tool used for this research is the the questionnaire of value estimation. The statistic used for research concern means, standard deviation using T-test and one -way ANOVA with the statistic significant at .05 level.

                  The Result of Research

              The result of research study is found that the executive and teacher have administered the administration of Buddhist school under lopburi education area office 1 : case study in thalechubsorn Muang district lopburi province ,For the general view, it is at high level in all part counting from the most to the least  level that is from the executive, support of executives and material respectively.

              Concerning the comparison of The administration of Buddhist school under lopburi education area office 1 : case study in thalechubsorndistrict lopburi province, District it has been categorized according to the person factor depending on the opinions of the executives and teacher found that

              1. The executive and teachers with differ sex, age and education’s degree have different opinions toward the administration of Buddhist school under lopburi education area office 1 : case study in thalechubsorn Muang district lopburi province with statistic importance at 0.05 level. So the hypothesis stipulated is admitted.

              2. The executives and teacher with different experience have The administration of Buddhist school under lopburi education area office 1: case study in thalechubsorn Muang districtlopburi province. The research result is found that it is not so different with the statistic importance at .05 levels. So the hypothesis stipulated is denied.
