Abstract

 

Abstract

The objectives of This research are to study the role and compare of management roles and to study problems and suggestions about how to encourage ethical integrity of the school leading Bangkok Educational Service Office Area 1. The  population of the study were school administrators and teachers 252 of. The tools of data collection were the Questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by means of percentage and standard deviation and One–way Analysis of Variance was used to test the significant differences at .05 level.

                      The research findings were as follows:   

1. Executive roles to support the schools moral integrity leading to the overall high level. Given that each level in many aspects of an order that the mean the most to the least valuable items are as follows. Encourage the students are diligent, the polite, the discipline, in harmony the economy, integrity, the cleaning, and the hospitality

 

2. To Compare the opinions of administrators and teachers about the role of leader of the school promotes moral integrity leading When classified according to individual factors such as sex, age, education, found that school size, school administrators and teachers have commented on the role of leader of the school promotes moral integrity leading Bangkok Educational Service Area Office 1 and all of 8 items were no difference statistically significant at the .05 level, so the hypothesis of the decline.

3. To Compare the opinions of administrators and teachers about the role of the school to leader moral integrity leading by the personal factors such as the position was different with statistical significance at the .05 level, which is based on the hypothesis set.
